Terms and conditions

• The cost has been calculated based on 35 Pax  travelling as group in Month of Jan  2022
• Rates will vary with increase or decrease of persons
• Rates are valid up to 30 Oct 2021
• For air fare blocking we required  100%  amount of Airfare
• 50% Amount advance of tour cost at the time of booking
• 50% amount before 21 Days of Tour Departure.
• No refund claim for any unused services, any deviation than the tour schedule would attract supplement.
• If any expenses Increased due to any natural Climatic Issue, or any Local Issue ,or Any Political Issue then guest have to pay on the spot Increased Expenses
• The Traveledge Holidays  reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
• We are not holding any Hotels so mentioned hotel is subject to availability. If Mentioned hotels not available we will provide similar class Hotels
• Rates are valid for Indian Nationals Only.
• Airline fare based on 18 Pax Group. Fare is valid as per  Blocking  Time limit.
• Date Pre pone, Postpone any name changes  is chargeable as  per airlines rules and regulations
• Minimum cancelation charges per person per sector  Rs .2750 or more then amount  or may be variable as per airline rule and regulation is applicable  for Blocked Ticket Cancelation
• We have to provide confirm name list  before  30 days  of travel date  as per Adhar/election /pan /Driving License/ card
• For safari and Arunachal Pradesh Permit  Adhar card/ Passport/ Election card  Is mandatory
